Alaya Private Estate required a set of floor plan visuals for their website and guest information materials. Since the original architectural drawings had evolved over time, the brief focused on creating floor plans based on the real condition of the property; capturing actual layouts, furniture, colors, cushions, and interior details, so guests could feel familiar with the space even before arrival.
The scope included five different unit types across the estate.
